- The Story: We were married in 2006, and have moved from Santa Barbara to New Zealand to the Bay Area and then back to Santa Barbara. We have two gorgeous daughters and are documenting some milestones along the way here on this blog. Mama: homemade chocolate chip cookies, nordstrom, the west wing, margaritas, recipe tester, and bedtime story professional. Dad: kayaking, tools, burgers, beer, mountain adventures, and tickle monster extraordinaire... Toddler: running, singing, jeggings with sparkle shoes, dancing, laughing, and being the best big sister... Baby: cooing, smiling, sleeping, and stealing our hearts one day at a time...

Hi Audrey and Josh,
We woke up early and crawled into bed with mom and dad. Dad was already awake and on his laptop. We asked if we could check out Audrey's blog so we had fun watching all the videos. We start school tomorrow...booo. And we have been reading your mom's books. I (Raynee) am on Chapter 11 of Dog Gone Drama and Rallie is reading the soccer story. We like them. Dad says to tell you he misses you at the office, but that he is surviving (barely). He wants to know when you are going to have his Westmont syllabus done! I think he's kidding.

Just wanted to let you know i share your hate for chickens!! Anybody who likes them has never lived w/ them. My friend Helen was wondering about you so i sent her a link to your blog. Give her a call if you get a minute. i'm enjoying keeping up w/ you but miss you at work. i made carrot cake for kyle's b-day yesterday i think you would have liked it. take care and have tons of fun XOXO Carole
